Located along the Deschutes River, this contemporary craftsman sits on a beautiful site with amazing access and views to the river. Although the original home design had much to appreciate, the centrally located stair blocked flow through the main floor and disconnected the kitchen, dining and living spaces.

Once the initial stair redesign was complete, Contour Desing Build coordinated the permitting and worked closely with Legum design to bring a fresh and bright aesthetic to the remodeled space. The new design stayed true to the original feel but introduced an updated look that maximized the natural light of the homes location
